Controller and scope
Twenty Labs SARLU, at Immeuble Discovery Ivandry, Antananarivo 101, Madagascar, is the data controller for Will It Vibe. The service is operated from Madagascar.
Madagascar data-protection law applies to our processing. Other laws may also apply to a specific person or activity. In particular, the GDPR can apply when a non-EU business intentionally offers goods or services to people in the EU or monitors their behaviour there. Merely making a website accessible internationally does not, by itself, settle that question.
Data we may process
- Idea briefs, builder profile inputs, requested markets, and generated reports
- Account identifiers and preferences when accounts are introduced
- Contact messages and the information you choose to include
- Technical and security data such as request time, device or browser information, and limited network identifiers
- Product analytics only when enabled with the appropriate notice or choice
- Billing status from a payment provider when paid services are introduced; Will It Vibe is not designed to store full card details
Why we use it
Depending on the activity and applicable law, the legal basis may be performance of a contract or requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating a secure service, consent, or a legal obligation. We do not use one customer’s raw idea as another customer’s example, prompt context, or cache payload.

- Answer support, privacy, and legal requests
- Measure product reliability and improve the method using redacted or aggregated signals
- Meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims
Service providers and international transfers
We use specialized providers for infrastructure, databases, durable workflows, AI processing, market research, monitoring, analytics, communications, and payments. They may process limited data on our instructions in countries outside Madagascar or your country.
Before public launch, we will publish the final provider categories, relevant locations, and the transfer safeguards used where required. We will minimize idea text sent to providers and keep provider calls server-side.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. The production retention schedule will distinguish raw idea briefs, reports, technical logs, analytics, contact requests, and billing records.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, secret management, validation, logging minimization, and private-by-default customer data. No system is perfectly secure, so the policy does not claim absolute protection.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also raise a concern with the competent authority. In Madagascar, the relevant authority is the Commission Malagasy sur l’Informatique et des Libertés (CMIL). If GDPR applies to your situation, you may contact the supervisory authority in the relevant EU or EEA country.
Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary storage may be used to run the service, preserve a requested workflow, or protect it. We do not plan advertising cookies. Non-essential analytics or similar tracking will not be enabled without the notice and choice required by applicable law.
Children and changes
Will It Vibe is intended for adults building products and is not directed to children. We may update this notice when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The current date will remain visible on this page.
