Operator and acceptance

What the service provides
The Vibe Engine estimates build feasibility. The Market Engine organizes sourced market evidence. Kill My Idea proposes a falsifiable test. These are decision-support tools, not predictions or guarantees.
Reports may contain facts, estimates, assumptions, unknowns, mixed signals, or stale evidence. You remain responsible for checking material information and deciding whether to build, launch, spend, or rely on an output.
Your inputs and privacy
You retain your rights in the idea briefs and other content you submit. You give Twenty Labs a limited permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Do not submit secrets, payment-card data, special-category personal data, unlawfully obtained material, or confidential information you are not authorized to process.
Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, or submit malicious code
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Do not scrape or systematically extract the service or reports except where law expressly permits it
- Do not use outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person without appropriate human review and a lawful basis
Availability and third parties
The beta may change, pause, fail, or be withdrawn. External AI, search, data, hosting, and source websites may be unavailable or inaccurate. Links and citations are provided for inspection and do not make Twenty Labs responsible for third-party content.
Intellectual property
Twenty Labs retains all rights in the service, software, visual system, method presentation, and original content, excluding your inputs and third-party materials. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, providers, or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the beta at any time and request deletion where applicable.
Liability and governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, commercial outcome, or fitness for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar. The final dispute-resolution clause and competent courts will be confirmed before public launch, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be dated and, where appropriate, notified. Questions can be sent to the legal contact address once published on the Contact page.
